If you need a copy of your Baptism, First Communion, or Confirmation Certificate, you can request it via email at [email protected], notifying us that you are the parent requesting the certificate.

 Unless you are over 18, you must show us verification (ID) via email or come into the parish office. 

The certificate fee is $15.00. Please call the parish office for more information.

• Mother's name and Maiden last name

• Your Birthday 

• Date when your Sacrament(s) was done

• Godparent(s) name
